What Permissions and Regulations Apply?
Most garage conversions comply with your permitted development rights. If this is the case, it means you don’t need to secure planning permission from your local authority before our building contractors get to work.
However, your conversion involves what is classed as a ‘change of use’. This means our finished work must have Building Regulations approval before gaining a final sign-off.
